The decision has been made to localize the production of this machine used in battery production processes. It has been designed and manufactured from scratch in approximately 3 months, resulting in savings close to $120,000.
Specifications:
- Retrieval of trays from stock and bringing them to the stacking point,
- Stacking of arranged trays,
- Vacuum transport systems,
- Bringing top caps to the feeding point with vibration,
- Production speed of 80 pieces per minute (80 ppm).
